Hastelloy C276 U Bolt, Alloy C276 Anchor Bolt, ASME SB574 Hastelloy C276 Hex Head Bolt, WNRF 2.4819 Stud Bolt, Hastelloy Alloy C276 Allen Bolt, UNS N10276 Flange Head Bolt, ASTM B574 Hastelloy C276 Hex Bolt
What is meant by Hastelloy C276 Bolts?
An alloy of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium known as Hastelloy C276 is created as forged material. Bolts of this alloy are among the most adaptable constructed of alloy material globally. Hastelloy C276 Bolts are produced in various shapes, sizes, and specifications. The lowest yield strength and reinforcing steel strength of the material are 379 MPa and 758 MPa, respectively, with an elongation rate of up to 60.
Offshore oil drilling, power generation, petrochemicals, gas processing, specialized pharmaceuticals, medications, chemicals, seawater applications, heat exchangers, condensers, and many more uses are just a few examples of the various applications.
Properties of Hastelloy C276 Bolts:
The arduous and upsetting situations, such as acidic, basic, salty, and salt-water environments, are suitable for using Hastelloy C276 Hex bolts and nuts. Plants that produce acetic acid and organic acids employ Grade C276 Allen bolts. Strong oxidizers don’t harm the material’s outstanding acidity resistance. Alloy C276 bolts may tolerate both ferric and cupric chlorides. The C276 Bolts have extreme resistance to pitting and trench corrosion as a result of this particular combination.
C276 Hastelloy Countersunk Bolts are acceptable for most chemical process applications in their as-welded state because they are resistant to producing intergranular crystallites in the joint heat-affected zone. They are employed in various situations, from strongly reducing to mildly oxidizing. Due to its exceptional resistance to Sulphur compounds and chloride ions seen in most scrubbers, Hastelloy C276 Square Bolts are utilized to desulfurize flue gas systems. To prevent excessive heat input, Factories should take particular care.
About Hastelloy C276 Bolt
Characteristics of Hastelloy C276 Bolts:
- The specification of C276 Hastelloy Torx Bolt is ASTM B 574, UNS N10276 and ASME SB 574 Bolts.
- The length of UNS N10276 Steel Bolts ranges from 3 mm to 200 mm.
- The size of DIN 2.4819 Carriage Bolts varies from M02 to M33.
Testing of Hastelloy C276 Bolts:
Hastelloy C276 PTFE Coated Bolts are professionally inspected and analyzed at every stage of manufacture to guarantee a product free of flaws and errors. These tests include that hardness, mechanics, chemical analysis, pit resistance, ultrasonic, and flattening. The radiography, the flare, the PMI, the tensile and flexural, and the IGC tests are further tests.
Applications of Hastelloy C276 Bolts:
Hastelloy C276’s high molybdenum content improves its resistance to corrosion caused by pitting and cracking. This metal is used in sewage fluid treatment systems when other metals cannot endure harsh conditions. Accelerated corrosion and cracking resistance cracking are two things to which it is incredibly resistant. ASTM B574 Hastelloy C276 Bolts are frequently used in several commercial applications, which is not surprising given their wide variety of long-lasting characteristics that improve them.
Sectors and Applications of Hastelloy C276 Bolts:
- Chemical Transformation
- Power Generation from Oil and Gas
- Pumps, Valves, and Seals for Pulp and Paper Mills
- Systems for Water
